Don Harmon oversees all players, clients, consultants, and network connections. Don is the principal of HSG, senior consultant and primary advisor. He spends a significant role as a talent scout and network facilitator.
Angelo Rieder is a full time soccer player. He works as a consultant for the Harmon Sports Group and has his network based in Denmark. Angelo is always scouting players, the competition, and is constantly looking for ways to grow his network of connections all of the world.
Eric Schuler Director of the Elite Athlete Program. Eric serves as lead trainer and coach for all player development goals as well as consultant for player pathways. Eric’s career has seen him build academies from the ground up at many clubs. Coach and lead high school and collegiate programs. As well as work 1v1 with professional players getting their advantage in the offseasons.

Oliver Zimmerman is a passionate soccer enthusiast. He is a professional photograph of the top leagues across the Rhineland-Palatinate region. You have probably seen his work across our site. He spent the majority of his playing career as a goalkeeper at his local club in Guldental Germany. Oli caters to our English speaking clientele and has contacts at many German clubs. Oli has spent extensive time in support of football and the clubs he believes in. He has a background in medicine and is a father and husband. Oli is our German translator and will play an important role in player movement for years to come.

Aidan Davison is a full time professional coach whose playing experience and coaching career reach the top level of competitions the world has to offer. He is available for professional - amateur evaluations upon request and set terms. Aidan serves as a senior consultant for clients requiring the highest level of expertise. Aidan holds a UEFA Pro coaching license. Currently on staff at Wrexem AFC in EFL League One.
Mamodou Balde is a full time soccer player. He is very passionate about association football and works as a consultant specializing in resume building. Balde is our French translator. Recently he has made tremendous progress establishing new networks for HSG throughout the USA and Europe. Mamadou is based in Paris, France and this is where he also does some scouting for Harmon Sports Group.
Our staff primarily provides consulting for sports businesses. Consultations are free and we remain compliant with NCAA amateurism certification.
