Don Harmon oversees all players, clients, consultants, and network connections. Don is the principal of HSG, senior consultant and primary advisor. He spends a significant role as a talent scout and network facilitator.
Eric Cowan is a passionate soccer player. He spent the betterment of his career playing in Spain. Eric caters to our Spanish speaking clientele and clubs. He also has experience and contacts across the globe. He played briefly in the NCAA with Northern Arizona before returning home and pursuing his dreams. Eric is our Spanish translator.
Sean Baumann - is a Director of individual training and small groups at FC Boulder. Sean spent his College carrier in Illinois and went on to play in Sweden in the Norra Division 1 . On occasion when Sean sees a player he likes he helps connect that player with his former clubs in Sweden. Sean also helps with players CV development and video from time to time.

Aidan Davison is a full time professional coach whose playing experience and coaching career reach the top level of competitions the world has to offer. He is available for professional - amateur evaluations upon request and set terms. Aidan serves as a senior consultant for clients requiring the highest level of expertise. Aidan holds a UEFA Pro coaching license.
Clair Austin is an Association Football enthusiast and his energy is contagious. His military career brought him to Germany where he settled down and played soccer. He stayed in Germany and made his it his second home. He works with Harmon Sports Group as our German translator. He runs his own soccer company in Europe called CA Sports and More.
Angelo Rieder is a full time soccer player. He works as a consultant for the Harmon Sports Group and has his network based in Denmark. Angelo is always scouting players, the competition, and is constantly looking for ways to grow his network of connections all of the world.
Mamodou Balde is a full time soccer player. He is very passionate about association football and works as a consultant specializing in resume building. Balde is our French translator. Recently he has made tremendous progress establishing new networks for HSG throughout the USA and Europe. Mamadou is based in Paris, France and this is where he also does some scouting for Harmon Sports Group.
Our staff primarily provides consulting for sports businesses. Consultations are free and we remain compliant with NCAA amateurism certification.
